This is a wonderful painting of both strength and vulnerability. The hands and arms although reaching for help, show physical strength, and yet the eyes are asking for hope and help. Beautiful!

Thanks, Ryan! I am so happy that you feel the emotion translated, this one is an obviously very personal piece, and it is hard to keep perspective sometimes. Another pair of eyes to say “yes” or even, “no you are off base a bit” is very valuable.
